Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. 

  • Standard shipping times vary between 3–10 business days, depending on location.

  • Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends & holidays. 

  • We currently ship within the United States only. Excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • We are not able to ship to international addresses at this time. We reserve the right to refuse to ship any order at our sole discretion. If we refuse a shipment, a refund will be initiated in full.

  • Policy Changes
    We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping & Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this page.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exceptions: Some items may qualify for an extended 30-day or 90-day return period. When this applies, it will be clearly stated in the product description.

  • If no exception is noted, the 14-day policy applies.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Must contact Customer Service before starting a return, no exceptions. This way, we can provide the correct return address and your return label to ensure quick and proper processing.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus original shipping costs and a restocking/processing fee (if applicable).

  •  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed after the return is approved.

  • Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), or items like candles and mugs that have been used. Digital items/downloads are not refundable. 

  •  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or digital downloadable items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads, eBooks, guides, and customized products are not eligible for return or refund. Health, beauty items, used mugs, and candles are also not eligible for return or refund if used.

How to Request a Return
